Stunning Setting with a Sea of Videographers

Four Seasons Resort-The Biltmore, Santa Barbara California

We were not the only ones in the jungle that day. At the Four Seasons Biltmore — or is it Biltmore Four Seasons — they run a tight ship. The massive sprawling resort plays host to hundreds of weddings a year; we know because there seemed to be a solid dozen taking place whilst we were there. Roaming those Santa Barbara seaside halls, seeing all the monopods, lost-looking assistants and expensive gear, one could not help but imagine himself at some version of Hogwarts School of Videocraft and Photography.

The planning that went into this wedding was unlike anything we’ve seen before. Makes sense as these two had a TEAM of coordinators! And they work together beautifully. Anita, Courtney, Dani, Sarah, and Nicole with Caplan Miller represented the word “professional” in it’s truest form. With the help of the Event Planner: Bella Vista Designs, we loved watching them work their “magic” on this wedding. The reception hall was breathtaking. All the tables were lined by La Tavola Linen and so many flowers by Mindy Rice I can’t even count. One of the most gorgeos weddings we’ve had the pleasure to be a part of.
